ORDER-BASED SERVICE SCOPE
Export Services
Structured support from sourcing and order confirmation through preparation, documentation and shipment coordination.
Service philosophy
One workflow, clearly defined responsibilities.
Our role is agreed for each project. We do not treat a website description as a promise of stock, route availability, import eligibility or delivery time. Vehicle information, documents, costs and responsibilities are confirmed in the quotation and transaction documents.
Requirement first
Every project begins with a vehicle specification, quantity, condition expectation and destination.
Information in writing
Important details are recorded and confirmed before the vehicle moves to the next stage.
Route-specific handling
Export documentation and logistics arrangements vary by vehicle, carrier, port and destination.

Logistics information
Origin location, proposed port, available shipping mode and route-dependent considerations.
Document information
The documents expected from the China side and any destination requirements identified by the buyer.
Shipping options
Methods depend on the vehicle and route.
Ro-Ro
Often considered for operable vehicles on supported routes. Carrier acceptance, schedule, port access and vehicle restrictions must be checked.
Container
May offer enclosed transport and can be considered for higher-value vehicles, EVs, accessories or route-specific requirements. Loading and lashing must be arranged appropriately.
Land or multimodal
Central Asian and other inland destinations may use road, rail or combined transport. Border procedures and vehicle eligibility vary by route.
Important: Shipping availability, transit estimates and charges change with carrier schedules, port conditions, dangerous-goods requirements and destination rules. Final arrangements are confirmed separately.

The exact set is determined by the transaction, product, destination and carrier. The following categories are discussed during order confirmation.

Single-brand, mixed-model or multi-unit requirements with recurring procurement needs.

No implied live stock
A vehicle shown online is a reference unless a current quotation explicitly confirms availability.
No guaranteed generic timeline
Transit and preparation estimates depend on current conditions and become meaningful only for a confirmed route.
No automatic destination clearance
Import approval, duties, taxes, registration and local compliance remain buyer-side unless the contract expressly states otherwise.
Service questions
Frequently asked questions.
Can Cameron Auto source vehicles outside the displayed catalog?
Yes. The catalog is illustrative. Provide the requested vehicle details and acceptable alternatives.
Can one shipment contain different models or parts?
Mixed requirements may be evaluated, but loading compatibility, documentation and carrier rules must be confirmed before acceptance.
Do you provide inspection reports?
Available inspection and condition information depends on the vehicle and agreed service scope. The exact deliverables are confirmed before the order proceeds.
Can you arrange delivery to my city?
Port-to-port, border, inland or multimodal options depend on the destination and available partners. State the final delivery point when requesting a quote.
Can you advise on import taxes?
We can coordinate available information, but the buyer should verify official duties, taxes, age limits, emissions, registration and other local rules with the destination authorities or a licensed local broker.
What information is required for a quote?
Vehicle, model year or acceptable range, trim, quantity, destination, preferred port, new/used preference, required documents and contact details.
Define the service scope for your order.
Send your vehicle requirement and destination so we can identify the information, documents and logistics questions that must be confirmed.
